How much does the membership cost?
The Animalia Club Membership is AED399/year or AED39/month starting from the purchase date.

Animalia's founders have been in the pet industry for the past 6 years, so you can expect savings from all the top pet companies, with exclusive discounts available on everything from grooming and pet sitting to veterinary care and premium raw food diet delivery.
How do I redeem my discounts?
Once you subscribe, you'll have access to your digital card through your smartphone. You can access your card at any time via any smart device or computer. All deals are listed in easy-to-navigate categories for members to view, and each deal can be redeemed either online using the exclusive discount code provided, or if you are buying a service in-person simply show your valid digital card to the retailer you are visiting.
Can I use my Animalia card all year round?
Most discounts and savings are available all year round, however some restrictions may apply and will be highlighted accordingly.
Is my membership transferable?
No, your Animalia membership is strictly non-transferable. Each digital membership card displays your name, profile photo and expiry date, so cannot be loaned or transferred to friends or family.

Please contact us if you are experiencing any issue with your digital card app. Always check you are entering the code correctly (including case-sensitive letters) before contacting us. If you are experiencing issues completing or making a payment on a supplier's website for an order, please make contact with them as we do not process any payments on behalf of our suppliers.
